Innovation Solutions

From 26th to 29th of May 2010 at Inter Expo Center – Sofia was held the international exhibition of machine building MachTech Expo.

The products of 149 exhibitors and subexhibitors from 17 countries like Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, Poland, Switzerland, Japan, Turkey, China, USA, Korea, etc. were presented at the exhibition. 

The professionals had the opportunity to explore the exhibited machine-tools with digital control, metal-working centers, spinning moulding lathes, high precision lathes, cutting and drilling machines welding equipment, ventilation equipment, etc. A wide scope of rotary metal-cutting tools were demonstrated as well.

There were interesting solutions in the hydraulic and pneumatic sector – hydrostatic drivers, units for automobile platforms, cylinders, different types of valves for industrial machines, pneumatic systems and complex solutions in the field of hydraulic and electrical drivers.

Foundries producing steel, cast-iron and aluminium casts applicable in machine-building, power engineering, gas supply systems, water-supply systems and others were among the exhibitors.

MachTech Expo was visited by industrial entrepreneurs, engineers and experts, representatives of processing and machine-building enterprises and plants, field investors, etc.

During MachTech Expo there was held Technological forum, organized by the Federation of the Scientific Engineering Unions, Bulgarian Industrial Association, Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association and Bulgarreklama Agency.
The Bulgarian Branch Chamber – Machine Building organized a round table on the issues related to the absorption of Operational Programme Competitiveness funds as well as seminar on Foundry – Issues and Challenges.
The development of “IT technologies in industry” was discussed during the seminar, organized by the Journal of the Engineering Industries in Bulgaria.
